hi everyone i was wondering if one of my leaf tailed geckos was pregnant? what ar your thoughts? also i just moved my guys into a new enclosure. what are u thinking?
oh ok. thanks. does anyone know if there is other way? i just dont really wanna disturb her. also what will i need to do if they do hatch. the current substrate is red desert sand. ( yeas i know they dont live in the desert )
Yeah as smithy says, just turn her upside down, they should be obvious, or put her on a piece of flat glass, and look from underneath,
If she lays eggs tonight, put them in a chinese container with some sphagnum moss,
tomorrow read up all you can on correct incubation for them.
Cheers
Adam
Doesnt look like a swainii to me, definite re-gen tail if it is. Cant tell 100% from the pics.
Looks to me like a Phyllurus Platurus, broad tail gecko.
sounds like a dodgy deal, most likely a wild caught animal.
