is this a bandy bandy?

Can someone ID this snake for me please. My sister came across it the other day when camping and she wants to know what it is (her partner almost stood on it without realising!). She was out camping in south qld... She's not home at the moment and I can't remember where so that's all the info I have.

Thanks guys. I read that although they're venomous they don't really affect humans is that right?

apparently so. Could also be due to the fact alot of humans dont come into contact with them too... There are 5 different forms of bandy bandy i believe although 4 of them and mainly located in the Northern Territory.
