jungle patterns

Are jungle python patterns determined from where they originally came from or is it just a lucky dip.

Hey Matto,
its pretty well a lucky dip, mine are both from Innisfail area lineage and they are distinctly different pattern.
view the parents/siblings and decide from there.

the reason i ask is that i have a female and i would like to get a male to breed with once big enough. She is banded and i would like to get offspring with the bands. Do you think it matters what the male's pattern would look like?
