Mertens Water Monitor, Enclosure Q

Hey guys.

Seen a pair of mertens today, love at first sight, THER AWSOME, he even got out his pond and climbed the log to head height to say hello, then i knew i wanted a pair

and was wondering:

Can i house a pair of merten water monitors in this Enclosure:

Length: 1.2m (120cm)
Width: 0.7m (70cm)
Height: 0.7m (70cm)

if so: one half (or a big preportion) of the enclosure's floor will be a pool with the other side built up with sand (or other substrate),so u can look at them underwater.

is this adiquate for a pair.
and if so do u guys think thats a good idea (with the pool and etc)

Way too small, they get over a metre long so could barely move properly. Something 10 times bigger would be suitable. It would be ideal for raising little ones though.

might have ta start drawing up plans to build somthing huge for them
