Somebody needs to develop a Mercury Vapour Bulb that runs at lower wattages, say 60W and 75W. I think this is something that would be really popular and sell really well.

So long as they still emit a decent amount of UVA/B, for all my dragons, i would never have the need of a fluoro again, except for maybe hatchies on a heat mat.

On top of this, other obvious benefits would be a cheaper replacement cost (so long as their price is on par with that of existing MVB's), and not to mention the electricity savings. Less stuffing around with multiple light cages too.

Any thoughts?

Ben.
