my 4 week old beardie has an odd scale

Hi there everyone!

Ive just got a 4 week old beardie, ive had him for a week and ive just noticed what looks like an enlarged scale on his lip! its not that big but noticeable in comparison to the others!
he seems fine hes got a lot of attitude and hes eating some snow pea clovers and about 3 crickets a day! im just wondering if this is a normal thing that happens to beardies as they have a lot of spikes and bumps, but i dont emember him having it when i got him, and i havent seen any pics of beardies with this
