Yeah, i like that it's nice and dark. I love pythons that have drab colours, just so hard to find with everyone breeding them to produce bright, well defined patterns. :roll:

Geez he is dark Iceman, the overall shot looks very cool all black, not sure if I like him close up.
What stage of slough is he at in the pic?
A different one thats for sure, lord knows how the offspring will turn out.

It's very dark, I don't think I have ever seen one quite that dark.

I have a couple of dark QLD Bhp's like that one, and am quite found of them because they are different in appearance to the norm.
Your right they aren't seen very often, and don't seem to have the girth of the other QLD or NT bhp's.
I believe they might be reminiscent of BHP's from Cape york, but am not 100% sure if this colour type are found elsewhere.

but i'll say it's growing on me the more i look at it,

i prefer the yellow types, but could always have room
for any of these different qld bhp's,
