New HERP HELP gallery

Ok, as per Brodie's suggestion, I've set up a new gallery on the Gallery main page for Herp Help ideas. We'll give it a try and see what sort of response we get.

I've set up an Enclosures sub-album to start with, so please feel free to post helpful pictures in there. As a good start, Nicole and Graham, could you please post some of yours, as they are both great! :wink: And of course, anyone else with interesting photos would be most welcome!

Anyone with suggestions for other sub-album topics, please post here.

Please bear with me - it's the first one of these I've set up! Any problems, please post here or PM me.

Just a quick idea, how's about posting a comment under the photo with a rough idea of how much it cost and how many hours it took, a lot of people might like to get an indication of how long any give project might take them to do.

Not sure about what the security settings should be. Will check it out more thoroughly over the weekend, but I have to enable people to add or delete their own files and edit their own captions, so a certain amount of leeway has to be given. I'm sure I'll sort it out................eventually! :wink:

One thing I have noticed, as this is a gallery mainly aimed at helping other members with ideas etc should we be editing our pics to show whose they are so if one of the pics does inspire someone thay know who to ask if they have any questions etc? I know I am guilty of not putting my name on my pics as are others. What you reckon guys and gals ?

I was thinking the same thing Afric.
Perhaps if all submitted pics were placed into the appropriate album would help too :wink:
I guess rodent set-ups could possibly make a good nested album also what do you think?

EDIT: just realised david must of moved all the pics to the album :lol:

I've also captioned a couple that I recognised with the owner's name. If the others could let me know which are theirs, I'll add their username to the captions.

OK Dai Bach, the enclosure pics of the ones I built are the wardrobe series and the enclosure series, (1 to 4), youve already marked the turtle enclosure shots as being mine I wonder how you knew

FYI

my latest enclosure pics have been added (same as ones posted the other day). The pics only show internals, I'll try to fit a full picture in if I can. Problem is the room is quite small and I cant get far enough back.
