After a long respite I finally did a night drive, something I used to do on a regular basis. It was a dark and stormy night, the toilet night was dim but I did encounter one snappy BTS. There was blood on the road right near him, at first I thought it was from road trauma but I now think it might have been remains of its last meal. I didn't have the flash set correctly so the snake is a bit dark. The centipede shot shows you can have every thing set right but still cannot get a good shot because the subject won't co operate. She was very photo sensitive and just would not remain in the light
