did some of the same route as http://www.aussiepythons.com/forum/...e-studies/night-of-the-goldern-crowned-101661 last night . You know it is going to be good when, within less than 500 meters of the start, you see a GTF and a SES.
All told I saw 4 snakes , 3 SES and an unknown. The largest SES declined to be photoed

If your in SE QLD atm - GO HERPING. The warm humid nights are fantastic. Hopefully I'll do it again tonight

How big was the SES Fuscus? The one that was camera shy that is
