just been searching around for good solid info on morelia oenpelliensis common name oenpelli python. i am searching for credible info to like scientific journals and good books not just jo blo's blog page so if any one has anything it would be much appreciated.

What sort of info you looking for ? Scientific data is in Cogger< breeding data is in an excellent book by Mike Swan called "Keeping and Breeding Australian Pythons" There are good references to it via anecdotal Aboriginal stories in "Fauna of Kakadu and the Top End" by Denise Goodfellow. She says the Gunwinggu people of Arnham land have memories of this snake taking people.
