oxide colours

My husband picked the oxide colour out and its called diggers red rock, we r trying to achieve a red desert look for our WA woma. I have put on two coats first was very peachy this one is darker but not red deserty. what colour would you suggest for this, is it just thst i didnt put in enough oxide? I was really excited when i finished the foam but now im scared...... this is the hard part, getting the colour and painting right. i'll see if i can get a picture up how it looks

i Just used some red oxide and it looks like a dark red desert colour , it was a bit darker than i wanted so i added some water based paint to get the colour i wanted .
