A fence around the pond and bird netting on the top. I'm guessing that you already have a fence around the pond as you wouldn't want the turtles wandering away.

i have seen this b4....

the bottom part of the fence steel wire and solid....and the top part 'floppy' wire that bends if anything tried to climb it the top part bends and they fall off
shapped in a candy cane sort of way

Not after I bought an air rifle.
The cat population around our place dropped significantly... 8)

They may do bryony, though the effect isn't perminant. unlike spyder's cat deterant.

Cat traps. They are cheap, they work, and they rid the neighbourhood of the pests.

LOL Greebo, it's for the cats that get in there after the turts mate ...

The ones I have seen are bricked to about 50cm high in a square shape. They then have a wooden lid consisting of 2 doors with wire mesh that are hinged and can be lifted up for access.
They are functional and look good.
