Hey im new to breeding and i have 2 pygmy bearded dragons, of both sex, one is 3 and or is 4, the female is doing alot of head bobbing and being and jumping on the male and the male is waving his hand, are they getting ready to mate or is she telling him to go away ?? If so what do i do

You've got your sexes mixed up, the males head bob and the females wave. This displaying will increase in frequency for a few weeks and mating will occur. The male will jump on the female biting her neck, she'll hopefully lift her tail allowing the male to seal the deal

Yea i know, but my female seems to be doing it for somereason, and my male has been very dismissive.. I dont know why, but the male hasnt bred before and the female has

Still early in the season, give them some time to work things out

Okay, thanks, do you know of any vets in sydney, prefferbly close to bankstown and parramatta

you might have the sexes mixed up.
If you post up a pic we will be able to sex them for you

I doubt it, the female had eggs last season for a friend

Was the male cooled? the female's hormones might be causing the agro

Separate them and re-introduce them once the male starts bobbing and carrying on
