Queensland license upgrade help please

Is it hard to get my recreational license uprgaded to keep more then the allowed 2 restricted reps. Im buying two Golden Tailed Geckos (Strophurus Taenicauda) and the current regulation only allows 2 of this species kept on the general recreational license, however in the near future i would like to purchase some more and way down the track hopefully breed them. So i know it will cost $167 for the upgrade but is there any criteria etc i must meet. I have looked over the EPA site but cant find the info, could someone please help me, thanks

All you have to do is send in your payment along with a letter to request for an amendment on your licence to keep unlimited non-venomous restricted reptiles.
