Ranging Temps.

So I'm setting up some new tanks for some geckos that I'm picking up over the weekend and I decided to test the tanks temps with two probe thermostats and a cheapish temp gun I picked up from Jaycar today. All three have different readings. How do I figure out what's right?
I'll post some pics too. Hopefully they work!

Probably average them out, though I'd lean towards the temp gun myself.

When you average them out the result is closest to the gun. I'd be leaning towards temp gun also

The temp gun seems okay. I have two other thermometers on their way and I might grab one of the guns off eBay just to check it out. I know 1 or 2 degrees won't make much of a difference, but what if I were using these in an incubator (which I hope to make shortly), won't the inaccuracies matter then?
