I have two,4 week old Black Rock Scorpions (Urodacus manicatus).I have been feeding them small crickets 2 in the tank every 2-3 days.
My question is i have not seen the scorpions or any crickets now for the past 4 days. I know they are a night creature but i have been looking around 1am each night and every day and i have seen neither the scorpions or the crickets. So my question is when a scorp feeds, do they take it to there burrow or feed outside there burrow and do the cricets also burrow and hide.

Crickets will definitely hide. All the scorpions I've had needed to have their crickets killed and then presented with forceps. I must have had wussy scorpions. They all fed out in the open for me.

its getting cold, they wont come out as much, either the crickets crawled into the scorps hide and got eaten or are still alive and hiding.
