I love the corn snakes. The colours are great.

What's with the shed/scale around the eyes/face in the last photo there, in the closeup of him eating. Is it retained shed or is it something corn snakes have ?

It's the result of him trying to push his head through the gap between the cage door and the wall. It got scraped up on the edge. He was going through a bit of a phase. Teenagers. :? He doesn't do it anymore.
