spotted help needed i just found these marks on it and i would like to know what they r thank u

To me, it looks like an old burn that's trying to heal, and the old skin is raising off of it like when they're getting ready to shed..? I could be wrong, but that's what it looks like to me.
Can it access any of its heating appliances e.g. can it burn itself on an exposed heat cord or more likely a heat globe/bulb?
Is he/she getting ready to shed? If so, maybe the shed skin is lifting at the 'burn' before the rest loosens, and it looks like this ..?

Its a burn, but not a bad one. Will heal with time and won't scar.

it has a cage over the light and it just had a shed a week ago
