Spotted Tree Monitors

I recieved my first lizards last week ,some Spotted Tree Monitors. I have received some tips from the seller and read up on some info but thought I might ask APS members what the thoughts were on some things. I took some photos of my setup and of the Monitors of course but left my camera connection at work so will have to send them later.
My questions are: What do you feed them and how often?
At what age are they ready to breed?
Temps in general and do you cool them for breeding?
Do they stop feeding when sheding?
Any other tips would be helpful.
If anyone can help me out with some suggestions it would be much appreciated.

What do you feed them and how often?

Thought you might have bothered to find that out before you purchased them. But then again food isn't an important aspect of husbandry at all is it??

I said in my original post that I had already got info on them but was just after other opinions and thoughts. Read the post before you criticise.
