i am buying some turtles from vic. he is handling the export permit, do i still need to do a movement advice?

he's doin a export you need to do a import permit, once he gets the export back the details on that need to be put on your import permit. Well thats how it works in vic, just ask the department up there if any troubles.

You have to get a movement advice fill it out with your information and the sellers information.Then you put the expot permit number on your two copies.And the you send the seller s there two copies and you keep one of your copies and send the other one to the QPWS
