Hey all

Just a quick question....

I am relocating to another state and I will be transporting my pythons in the car with us. What I want to know is...........should I move them into their transport enclosures(placed inside their big enclosure) before we leave so they are not so freaked out, or wait until the day comes and place them in the transport enclosure?
It will be for 1 maybe 2 nights.

Thanks in advance

I would be inclined to wait until the day, but i would be putting them into a bag rather than another enclosure. Also in the car, make sure you monitor the temps, other than a shovel, there is nothing that will kill a snake faster than too much heat.

And if the sun is pumping down through the back window or whatever, and directly heating them it could be all bad.

thanks sloth....I have got bags aswell, I just have the plastic click clack type container also, double protection of any injury to them. They will be in the back of a 4wd with lots of shade from direct sun.
