Troubles registering?????

I friend of mine is trying to register but is having problems when the Register link is pressed.

I logged out and tried the register link and the page does not load, so it is nothing to do with my friends computer.

Any ideas what is wrong?

its new you have to show who you are im pretty sure. read the main page its all there
