Hi all, well yesterday arvo where i walk my dogs i came across a female Eastern long neck turtle half way through laying her eggs and the lady that does tractor work around here must of ran over her..I noticed a few eggs in the dirt and cause the female was badly smashed i managed to get the remaining eggs.I havent turned them and they are currently in the incubator, what ive read is 28-30 degress and can take 120-125 days..But on another site it said they take 58-64days to hatch,so anyone that has hatched these could you please tell me what temperature is correct and how long it usually takes..thanx in advance...MARK

I have incubated them at 31 degrees, 120 - 125 days is closer to the mark.
You will have to open the lid of the container & air them regularly, so carbon dioxide doesn't build up.
You could also cover the container with glad wrap.
