Turtle help

i have two eastern snake neck turtles in a pond. i was feeding them when i noticed one of them eyes have change to black, almost as if a black eyelid is covering them. i think it can still see but also that the scales at the head have changed to a weird grey yellow colour as if bruise. in the water it looks white thought.

is it a infection, does anyone know.

yeah thats what i was thinking theres a reptil vet in moorabin ill go to
