I have some picky eaters that will only take quail. They're olives though, so I'm worried about this when they get bigger. I want to get them on to rabbits, because of their size, but all they want to chomp on is feathered food. I've tried scenting - no go. I have heard of people who have tied pink rabbits to the legs of quail in order for them to eat the rabbits, with the aim to get them used to them as food so they will eventually take the rabbits unaided. I'm just a bit concerned about what kind of twine to use, as I would think ordinary string might cause some digestive issues. Any advice on this? - Amonsian
