this is old new but makes you think about the autopsy , asphyxia from eating cockroaches he made it all the way out to the front before he collapsed as well yet they say he choked on them if he choked on them wouldn't he had collapsed earlier or complained of something stuck in his throat , i personally first thought it was some allergic reaction from the bugs
