using an old tv?

hey i was just wondering if there are any problems using an old tv as an enclosure once it is all stripped out?

as long as you meet all the requirements of the animal then you should be all sweet the only problem i can see you might have is ventilation.. There was a enclosure made from a tv that was for sale a while back looked good. what are you thinking of putting in it?

im going to build a new enclosure soon for my keelback soon and was thinking of using one.

Was popular for a while to turn them into fish tanks. I think the old timber tv's, which are getting harder to find these days, would look great as an enclosure for smaller snakes or maybe some elapids.

yer, i couldnt find any second hand. i couldnt even find any good second habd furniture so im going to build from scratch now
