water dragon - what to do?

I have found in my backyard a small water dragon (I think) that is injured.

My guess is was got by a bird and back is broken. Back legs and tail don't work but front legs still do.
Have put in a small ice cream container at the moment.

What do I do with it?

take it to a vet asap, most vets will usually treat wild native wildlife free of charge...

if backs broken it will be put to sleep unfortunantly

not much hope for paraplegic herps
