water lillies

I am unable to accuratly identify a waterlilly in a pot i was given. Tag just says "nymphaea" no further clarification. The tag has various colored flowers pictured including red and yellow. I have only a sincle floating leaf
to id it by.
could it be this one? What i want to know is if its toxic to turtles at all?
