P1050374.jpgso I went bushwalking at lamington this morning and came across the weirdest bushwalking find I've had so far, some predator had completely disembowled its prey and left a near complete gastrointestinal tract on the track

Also does anyone have any ideas on the species of this guy?

Eeek, ain't nature beautiful

Second pic looks like some sort of shade skink, possibly challengeri.

Nature is awesome, its objective and unforgiving. Let your guard down and next thing you know you guts is gone haha

Challengeri does look like a nice match, thanks Thals

the guts would be from a small marsupial or even a large bird
