Where are you located?

It looks like a jacky dragon (or similar) to me.
 
My vote is also for hatchy water dragon and I am basing that on the way that the eyes bulge at the top of the head.
 
It is illegal for you to keep it Just in case you didn`t know.
 
illegal to keep.. from the wild! you cant just steal an animal from the wild.

but at the same time putting it in an enclosure :rolleyes:

Even the ones that say "yer I'm going to put it back"...
are risking infections/disease in their collection & also risking
the wild animal itself to any diseases etc you may have.

i was never planning on keeping it i just have never seen them around my place before and wanted to know what it was since i new it wasnt a water dragon cos there every where at my place. ow and btw its a newcastle herald.lol
