Nice shots of the beardie. WEre you pretty close? He doesn't seem too cranky with you being in his face...

We have native gekkos living in our letter box. not the evil pink ones. sweet little brown ones with big round eyes.

But i have no idea what they are and i try to take a photo to ask you guys but they are so darn QUICK!!
 
i'd post some pics of what i find in my local park but im sure you have all seen dog poo and broken beer bottles.

nice find, that carpet looks like he doesn't go too long without a feed.
 
Andie - the beardie was a cool as a cucumber!!!! Just sat there as I laid on the ground in front of it....
Ozzie - Dunno what it is but the local coastals that I come across always seem to be in solid condition....
