why cant i post in the for sale thread

i just tried to place a for sale add and i got this response ( you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.) CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO RECITFY THIS????????

you need to subscribe to aps or register as a seller... pretty sure its 5 bucks to be a seller, and 10 bucks to subscribe... well worth it just to keep the site going!
