Why cant i post on my new acc

I hve a new account on APS but it keeps saying Roach, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. You may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. If you are trying to post an item in a "For Sale" forum or trying to access "Subscriber Only Specials", please visit this page to find out more about our subscriptions.
2. The administrator may have disabled your account due Site Rule infractions. but I have don't anything with it my new accounts name is Roach ????

Yes, you are not allowed more than 1 account as per Rule 10 so your other account is inactive
