will my beardie be ok???

in 2 weeks im going to hervey bay for a holiday but i have to take my beardie with me cos i have no one sensible to look after him!anyways will he be ok in a four and a half hour car drive?im just going to put him in one of those little mice carry cages until we get there and then set up his enclosure and stuff.
he wont get car sick or anything will he?????

by mice cage, do you mean one of the clear plastic varieties or a wire one?
im sure he'll be fine. just ensure the car doesnt get too hot or too cold. and if there are any stops along the way dont leave him in there

its one of those plastic ones with a little hatch on the top. the pet shop gave it to me when i bought him. im just gonna be gone for 5 nights
