Woman killed trying to shoot snake

April 25, 2008 04:01pm
A WOMAN has died after being accidentally shot while she and a man were trying to flush a snake out of a shed at Kingsthorpe in south-east Queensland, police say.

Paramedics pronounced the woman, 33, dead upon their arrival at the property near Toowoomba.

Police believe a 37-year-old man accidentally fired his weapon while he and the woman were attempting to lure the snake out of the shed about 10pm (AEST) last night.

Scientific investigations have been undertaken and a report will be prepared for the state coroner.

Its just a fancy way of knocking off the missus....;)

Nothing fancy in the shotgun method... now if he'd just used a frozen leg of pork to get the snake, then that'd be fancy... especially if the pork was honey glazed.

A honey glazed shotgun?
What will you rednecks think of next?
