to breed woodies do u just place a heap of them in a escape proof container and let them go for it and give them water and food ?I'm not to familar with woodies so any help is much appreciated

i think thats about all of it, but you need to keep them at about 28oC.
not water, but carrots 
Provide them with lots of hide holes, Stacked egg crates work great. Escape proof means putting a 2 inch wide band of vasoline around the top or paying eleventy billion dollars for some fluron paint.
After that, u will get babies, but it will take a few weeks generally. Mine have started to breed in the last 2 weeks yay!
They also breed like crazy up to temps of around 35 degrees!
