Hello,

Just wondering what methods everyone uses to seperate the adult woodies from the babies?

Cheers,
Bundysnake

Get a couple of buckets, each with different sized holes in the bottom, and then leave them all in the one with really small wholess for around 1 hour . then move them into one with bigger wholes , etc etc

Let them sort themselves out :)

pic them out by hand lol.....good times:D

haha at one stage when i actually use to be bothered seperating the bubs i did that but now even using my bucket method takes for ever due to my numbers being so high ( 3000+ adults and 6000+ babies ) i dont think any method is used i just leave them go aand take out the males when i need to feed - males are more juicy and my beardie is rather picky on the juicyy side of things

The males are generally smaller with their wings a touch longer.
Its very hard to sex with this sp.
