She a red Alise Springs ridge tailed monitor......Omlettes for breakfast ??....very nice on a wet cold morning like today.....

Yeah, monitors look like they're about to drop dead after laying :) Small ones anyway. Within minutes, my gilleni go from looking obese to looking like something the RSPCA would fine me over due to neglect! (and given the chance probably would too, bastards) Add that to digging in vermiculite and you have one ugly girl! But of course, those are the times you're most proud of them and love them most :) :) :D :) :D
 
Congrats mate, so thats what vermiculite looks like. nice pice with the laying.

nar thats moist fine sand mix....I dont use vermic for them to lay, but I do use it to incubate the eggs
