Gday all,

Had this little fella dumped on my desk yesterday after a mechanic in a mates workshop found him hiding a box of grease cartridges. Not sure what exactly he expected me to do with it so I just let him go in some bushland. I think it is quite a nice looking snake.....anyway there you go.

I suspect a Brisbane Carpet Python aka. Tope-End Carpet Python (Morelia variegata)
 
Haha, exactly what i thought Dan. But Brisbane carpets are just a different locality/form of Coastals, same with Prosserpines.
 
Yer it is a coastal just not the prettiest one in my books they are just your standers carpet
 
Nice Snake....And glad it got given to someone who put it back in its natural habitat...And not killed, or added to someone's collection.....
