Im trying to decide on the hovabator or the Bellsouth 100 incubator to hatch quail and duck for my snakes feed and was wondering if anyone had any experience with these two types and could lend me any info or tips ?

cheers

aw come on! hasnt anyone used the hovabator for birds before?

They are the same incubator basicly, We have 2 hovabators here with auto turns atm they function fine.

ok thanks beeman I think i will get the hovabator over the bellsouth 100 because of the circulation fan! do you know if you can put the quail eggtrays in at the same time as the normal ones and hatch both?

Yes you can mix the 2 different sized egg trays in the same turner, just remember that quail have a shorter incubation time to chickens.

bird incubators turn the eggs much like a mother bird would, reptile reptile eggs need to stay still
