Red Barred hatchies

Can you give little mealworms to 1 month old Red Barred Dragons, I have 2 and one does noy seem to be growing or eating as much as the other. I thought mealies may give him a boost, or are they too hard for hatchlings to digest

give them the small freshly shed mealies, the ones that are all white
