i have ordered a large GTP stein enclosure with an aquarium floor
im planning to keep a water python in it and wanted to know if there are any other animals which would coexist with the snake? fish, small tortoise, ect
or will they inevitably clash?

I wouldn't....snake could hurt turtle and turtle could turtle could hurt snake. Just end up ugly IMO. A few fish (depending what breed) May be okay? I'd wait for someone more experienced to come along.....

(Do you know your name (herp.derp) means a Reptile/Amphibian.Pregnant chicken? Sorry....)

maybe you could put some fishies in there maybe australian natives? or shrimp

Waters are more terrestrial than arboreal although they will climb
So lizards are out
Turtles bite anything so they are out
Waters eat anything so small fish will be breakfast
Smaller snakes would also disappear

Those enclosures are wonderful for arboreal snakes with fish etc below
IMO I dont think waters would be ideally suited for them

Could anyone confirm that a water python and GTP could coexist ? Love the idea if its practical

in my fantasy enclosure I have GTPs with Boyd's Forest Dragons...but its exactly that: a fantasy.
