Help me - Calcium dusting

i was just wondering if its bad to dust crickets with calucim every feed? for adult central bearded dragons (as ive heard at the age of adults u only do it every second feed of crickets)

I dust mine all the time with calcium power, even their veggies. Specially important if you have a breeding female.

too much calcium can be just as bad as not enough, i give my adults 1 dusted feed a week, 2-3 max for gravid females. hatchies i dust 2-3 times a week
