Blue Tongue in very awkward position

So i found my Blue tongue in a very weird position, he was like sitting on his back curled up like a pretzel. Could not give you a very good description but it was very weird, i picked him up and he was all good but had no idea what he was doing haha.

Anyone seen anything like this ?

It looked like someone tried to tie him into a knot....that would be the best way of describing it

I wouldn't worry too much unless its tongue was turning blue....on 2nd thoughts,never mind...:?

maybe he was trying to climb up the tank and fell on his back and had not gotten up wen you walked in. if he looks fine and is eating/ pooping ect don't worry about it.
