Not a doctor, but is this animal egg-bound?

She was at the vets when my friend went to pick her up the Receptionist said the vet was gone home and the Lizard needs to be desexed and didn’t really explain why. Was disappointed the vet never explained what was going on. There was some talk with the vet prior to the x ray she thought the lizard could of had a Cyst on her ovaries or something like that.
