    You have got to love this time of year. Below are a couple of photos of what I found this morning.

    This is what I found last week. Guess the species.

    And when I say found, I mean pulled out the incubator.

    And finally about three weeks ago, 6 of these guys popped their heads out.

    Next week, my jungle eggs are due to hatch. I'll also try to get a better photo of the monitor hatchlings.

    Hi Jonno,
    They are baby Egernia striata, Night Skinks. Although, next week I'm going out to collect some Egernia inornata that I have a take from the wild permit for.

    whats the common name for the little guys third pic. spiny knob tailed gecko thingy?

    centralian rough knob tailed gecko (nephrurus amyae)
    great geckos, very popular now days.

    yeah but hard to come by, ive been after one for awhile now but also kept forgetting there names.

    :? so many geckos :)

    very hard to come by you have to be on the right site at the right time.

    Jonno guessed them. Got 4 in all.

    Thanks Joel and Wayne. Just a few more days til my first Jungles hatch so I'm really excited.
    And I'll have to get onto Gary so we can organise a get together as you said Joel. It will be good to catch up.
