whats the go with the oenpelli rock python?

jujst wondering why they are so rare in captivity, i have heard they are hard to look after but has anyone sucessfully kept and bred them yet?

They are only found on small portion of land owned by Aboriginals and cannot be collected from the wild.

I'm sure if someone pays the land owners for collection rights, they would allow

The Territory wildlife park is working with traditional owners and will be collecting some in the future.
They are very hard to find in the wild and generally the Kakadu rangers only come across one once a year.
They are not only found on aboriginal land.

Didn't Graeme Gow's Reptile Park actually have one in the 80's and early 90's.

im shaw i have seen some where that some one in the N.T has keeped them and breed them also
not shaw where and not shaw about the breeding part to.
