As I am sure I am not the only one who has had issues in obtaining a good true to life Alb picture I thought I would start this thread.

While this pic is a bit out of focus it is the most true to life one I have taken so far. The sad thing is I took so many pics on different settings i can not remember what settings i used.....oh well.....anyhow I would be interested in the best true to life Albino pics people have taken and if (unlike me) can remember what camera and settings you used..

My camera is a Cannon 450d (which incidentally is totally waisted on me )

Thanks, he just shed the only thing is I took about 20 shots and it looks like 20 different snakes haha this one was the clossest i got to his real colours....It's the yellow fluro pen markings i would love to capture.

Not a Bad shot mate.

If you right mouse click on your image file and goto properties, then click on the Summary tab, you will see all your settings there.

this one is pretty spot on!

Great shot Guzzo! Looks lovely! How old is your little guy? I cannot for the life of me get a real photo of mine! The have no white at all on them - just orange and highlighter yellow :) I'll be using my mum's camera though once I've moved house (it's an SLR or something like that... Not really too cluey about cameras! - already have too many hobbies!)...

He is 15mnths old, and very placid as so many are. My female is not as white and very yellow...and not at all placid. I have had the best success so far with a dark background

I use a Sony A230, one of the simpler of that line but an awesome camera, never have trouble getting the right colours.DSC04412.JPG
